Tiffany Chavis has proudly called Ohio home since she was 10 years old. Her family moved to the Buckeye State after her father retired from the Navy, having served 20 years with her mother's unwavering support. Following her family's legacy, Tiffany joined the United States Navy at the age of 25 in 2008. She served honorably for four years, during which time she married the love of her life, Jason Chavis, a Columbus native, whom she has known since the early age of 18.
Upon returning home, Tiffany utilized her GI Bill benefits to pursue higher education. She earned an Associate of Arts from Columbus State Community College, a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from DeVry University, and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Before entering the dynamic field of real estate, she served as a Team Lead Human Resources Specialist with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Whitehall. This role allowed her to continue supporting military and civilian personnel globally, a source of great pride for Tiffany.
Her extensive experience working with diverse individuals is one of Tiffany's greatest strengths. She leverages her military background and federal government HR expertise to help others achieve the American dream of homeownership. Having been a first-time homebuyer herself in 2019, Tiffany understands the excitement and stress of the process. She is passionate about making this dream accessible to everyone in Columbus.
Tiffany is also a devoted mother to two energetic sons, Jayden and Jason Jr., who share a unique bond through their special needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is committed to supporting and educating other parents raising children with Autism. Tiffany and her husband are continually inspired by their boys' resilience and positive impact on the world.
In her downtime, Tiffany indulges in her guilty pleasure: enjoying cheesecake while watching her favorite show, The Golden Girls. If you call during one of her favorite episodes, she might not answer right away.
